Skills:
Strong knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI Qlik Sense and MS Fabric.
Skills in developing configuring and maintaining these tools to support effective data analysis and reporting.
Knowledge of data modeling and ETL processes is essential
Experience in developing and maintaining data pipelines and data structures
Experience with programming languages and technologies for Synapse Data Engineering and Synapse Data Warehouse such as Python Spark and SQL
Personality:

They should be self motivated able to work independently and have excellent problem solving skills
Strong technical communication skills are also necessary for collaborating with IT and data teams.
Working:
The employee should have a proven track record of working as a BI Developer or in a similar technical role
They must be adept at managing the development lifecycle of BI solutions from initial requirements gathering through to deployment and ongoing maintenance
Experience in optimizing BI systems for performance and scalability is also important
Experience and know-how:
Proven experience in developing and managing data structures and BI tools is required
The employee should have extensive knowledge of data warehousing concepts and be proficient in database management
Experience with integrating data from various sources and ensuring data consistency and integrity is essential
Qualifications:
Completed university studies Bachelor or Master in Computer Science Information Technology Mathematics Statistics Economics or a related field.
A masters degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred
Advanced degrees or relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate are a plus
A continuous learning mindset with a focus on staying updated with industry trends and new technologies is highly valued
