Event Planning and Execution:
Work closely with clients to understand their event objectives, preferences, and budget constraints.
Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and logistical details.
Coordinate all aspects of event execution, such as venue selection, catering, entertainment, audiovisual setup, and transportation.
Oversee on-site event management, ensuring everything runs smoothly and according to plan.
Vendor and Supplier Management:
Source and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers, such as florists, decorators, and AV technicians.
Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery of services and adherence to quality standards.
Obtain necessary permits and licenses for events, as required.
Budget Management:
Create and maintain event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable terms with vendors to maximise budget efficiency.
Client Communication and Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process.
Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
Foster strong client relationships through exceptional service and attention to detail.
Post-Event Evaluation:
Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of each event and gather feedback from clients and attendees.
Identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements for future events based on feedback and lessons learned.
