INTERNATIONAL & LOCAL CURRICULA Uniscape Education is a dynamic, inclusive, and growing digital learning school in Kenya, committed to fostering intellectual curiosity and academic excellence in our students, specializing in local & international high school curricula including Cambridge & Edexcel IGCSE, O Levels & AS/A Levels.
The Role We are expanding our online education faculty and therefore looking for passionate, experienced, and highly motivated teachers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, delivering high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences, managing classroom behavior through a structured online learning model within a modern digital learning environment.
Teaching Subject Areas o Mathematics o Sciences (Physics, Chemistry & Biology) o Art & Social Studies o Religious Studies o Languages (English, Kiswahili, French, German etc.) o Computer Science
Key Responsibilities o Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lesson plans for tailored to high school students o Assess and track student progress, providing regular feedback and reporting o Foster a positive and safe classroom environment that encourages student participation. o Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and improve instructional strategies. o Utilize technology including LMS to enhance teaching and learning.
Other Specialists o Career Guidance Counsellors o Educational/Academic Counsellors o Psycho-Social counsellors o Psychometric Assessment & Testing experts
Minimum Qualifications o Bachelor’s degree in Education [Indicate Subject Area] o Valid Teaching Certificate o 3years proven experience teaching international curricula (IGCSE, O & A Levels) o Demonstrated proficiency in handling exam classes with a track record of good performance o Ability to integrate modern technology into teaching and learning
