- Proficiency in preparing and managing Tender Documentation, Bid Proposals and Contracts.
- Proven experience in Construction or Engineering Industry Tenders is highly advantageous
- Identify and pursue business opportunities within the SOE sector, expanding client base through relationship-building and market intelligence
- Exceptional Organizational and Project Management Skills to oversee Multiple Tenders simultaneously
- Ensure timely and compliant submission of all tender documents, while optimizing bid quality to increase the probability of award success
- Strong knowledge of Legal, Financial, and Technical Frameworks within the Construction and Engineering Sector
- Proficient in relevant Software Tools for Document Management and Reporting
