Key Responsibilities

Drive and hit strict monthly sales quotas for both motorcycle units (boda bodas) and wholesale/retail spare parts packages.
Monitor and optimize the performance of company showrooms and distribution centers within the region, ensuring maximum stock turnover.
Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with key commercial partners, including spare parts wholesalers, local dealerships, and major boda boda associations/cooperatives.
Lead, mentor, and track the daily field activities of Branch Managers, Sales Executives, and Spare Parts Specialists.
Track competitor activity, local pricing trends, and product demands (e.g., fast-moving parts) to provide actionable feedback to production and procurement teams.
Implement local community outreach programs, mechanics' workshops, and brand loyalty campaigns to drive the adoption of genuine parts.
Submit accurate weekly and monthly regional sales, inventory levels, and revenue performance reports to senior management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related commercial field.
Minimum of three (3) years of proven sales experience, explicitly within the automotive, motorcycle, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), or industrial spare parts distribution industries.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple retail outlets, distribution networks, or field-sales teams.
