Recording transactions in Pastel Evolution Monthly Reconciliation Handle all related enquirers Age analysis Receiving and Reconciling of all invoices Allocation of receipts and payments Administration and maintaining of filling system

Basic IT experience

Minimum of 3 years responsible as Creditors Clerk

Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism.

100 % Computer literate and literate in Excel

Experience with debt insurance companies will be beneficial

Must have excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills.

*Must be willing to do polygraph tests

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing, in English and Afrikaans, and to communicate with customers / suppliers
