Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable reception area.
  • Manage visitor check-in/check-out and maintain visitor logs.

Communication & Customer Service:
  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
  • Provide accurate information about the company’s services or connect visitors to the appropriate staff.

Administrative Support:
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
  • Manage outgoing mail and coordinate with courier services.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • Assist with filing, data entry, document preparation, and other clerical tasks.


Requirements:

  • A minimum of a BSc in a related field.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role

Preferred Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
  • Calm under pressure and solution oriented.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Remuneration: NGN 300,000-400,000 Net
