Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end implementation and rollout of Sales Force Automation (SFA) solutions across the organisation.
  • Drive adoption of SFA tools (e.g., Beatroute) among sales teams through structured training and change management
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define system requirements, test strategies, and acceptance criteria
  • Integrate SFA platforms with ERP systems to ensure real-time data visibility and seamless business operations
  • Automate sales processes from order capture to final delivery, improving efficiency and reducing manual errors
  • Analyze sales and operational data to generate actionable insights for business growth
  • Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools to support leadership decision-making
  • Lead troubleshooting, system support, and continuous improvement of SFA and related systems
  • Manage and mentor teams supporting SFA and channel partner systems
  • Design and deliver training programs and user manuals to ensure effective system utilisation.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in Sales Force Automation, CRM, or digital sales transformation roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, engineering, or related field
  • Certifications in CRM/SFA tools or data analytics (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing SFA tools (preferably Beatroute or similar platforms)
  • Strong understanding of ERP and CRM integration
  • Hands-on experience in data analytics and visualization (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is an advantage
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers and product teams
  • Strong problem-solving and system troubleshooting capabilities
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience in distribution or sales-driven organizations is mandatory

Remuneration: NGN 800,000 Monthly Gross
