Responsibilities:
- Greet and attend to customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business goals
- Maintain strong knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Follow up on customer inquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers
- Keep records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and proper product display within the store/showroom
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales performance
- Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities to drive sales
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 1–2 years of experience in real estate, sales, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of real estate principles and market dynamics is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow within the real estate industry.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
- Preferred candidates should reside in Lekki, Ajah, or the surrounding areas.
