Junior Accounts Clerk

Key Responsibilities
Daily Reconciliation: Reconcile daily fuel sales, convenience store receipts, and digital/card payments against pump readings and POS reports.Cash Management: Verify, record, and prepare daily cash drops and bank deposits; investigate and report any shortages or variances immediately.
Supplier & Inventory Tracking: Match supplier delivery notes (LPOs) with invoices for fuel and wet stock deliveries, and assist with monthly stock-takes.
Expense Logging: Record day-to-day station expenses and maintain petty cash records with accurate supporting receipts.
Reporting: Prepare basic daily, weekly, and monthly sales for management review.

Any other duty as may be assigned from time to time for operational efficiency and business continuity.
