Previous experience in field sales, automotive, motorcycle, agricultural machinery, spare parts, FMCG or related industries is preferred.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to develop new customers independently.

Willingness to travel and conduct field sales activities.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Basic computer and smartphone skills.

Ability to use WhatsApp, Excel and CRM/customer management tools.

Valid driving licence is an advantage.

Knowledge of the local market and customer network is an advantage.

Good English communication skills; knowledge of Kiswahili is highly preferred.
