About the Program Jobberman Ghana is on a mission to unlock work opportunities for Ghanaian youth across priority sectors of the economy. Now in its third year, the program — dubbed Harnessing Agricultural Productivity and Prosperity for Youth (HAPPY) — aims to enhance the well-being, resilience, and active engagement of youth aged 18–35, especially women, in Ghana’s formal employment sectors. Program activities aim to dispense employability-focused education through no-tech, low-tech, and high-tech platforms across the regions of Ghana to allow for inclusion and wide adoption. The program targets connecting over 8,000 youth to employment opportunities within 4 years, with at least 70% of beneficiaries expected to be women, and with inclusion principles applied to reach youth with disabilities.
