Maintenance Officer

ROLE:

Manage all maintenance operations for an apartment facility. Ensure equipment, utilities and build systems run smoothly while maintaining safety and hospitality standards.

QUALIFICATION:

• 3-4 years of experience in maintenance

• Estate Officer role or similar role

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Building

• Technology or a related filed

• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing

• HVAC, & Building systems

• Pior experience in Construction or

• Facility management is an advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Oversee facility and equipment maintenance

• Implement preventive maintenance schedules

• Supervise maintenance staffs & contractors

• Ensure safety, efficiency and guest satisfaction
