Role Overview CHAI is seeking a highly motivated individual to work as a Supply Chain Management (SCM) Associate to support our data collection and program coordination work on CHAI’s Malaria Case Management Commodity Backstop Fund. The SCM Associate will work directly with CHAI country teams and government partners in countries such as, Burkina Faso, Mali, Nigeria and Malawi, as well as suppliers, distributors, and global and regional stakeholders to collect and analyse procurement and stock level data for malaria commodities and compare these data against stock level and order data shared by international donors to identify immediate or near-term stock outs that could be mitigated through CHAI’s Commodity Backstop Fund; In close collaboration with their manager, the Associate will assess whether the stock outs meet the requirements of the Backstop Fund and could be filled with an emergency procurement managed by CHAI. The associate will manage each of the orders placed through the Fund. CHAI places great value on the resourcefulness, tenacity, patience, humility, and high ethical standards of its staff. Secteur industriel | Groupe international | Dakar, Sénégal Dans le cadre du renforcement de sa fonction Finance, un acteur industriel majeur implanté au Sénégal et appartenant à un groupe international recherche un(e) Contrôleur(se) Financier(ère). Le poste Rattaché(e) au Directeur Administratif et Financier, le/la Contrôleur(se) Financier(ère) contribue au pilotage de la performance, à la fiabilité de l’information financière et au renforcement des dispositifs de contrôle et de reporting. Produire et analyser le reporting financier Groupe ; Participer aux clôtures périodiques et analyser les écarts ; Élaborer et suivre les budgets, forecasts et prévisions financières ; Produire les analyses de performance utiles à la Direction ; Contribuer au contrôle interne et au respect des procédures et standards Groupe, notamment SOX ; Assurer le suivi financier des CAPEX et investissements ; Contribuer à la préparation et à l’analyse des états financiers ; Réaliser des modélisations et analyses financières d’aide à la décision ; Participer à l’amélioration continue des outils et processus de pilotage financier. Profil recherché Formation : Bac5 en finance, , contrôle de gestion, audit ou équivalent. Expérience : 5 à 8 années d’expérience pertinente, idéalement dans un environnement industriel structuré et/ou au sein d’un cabinet d’audit reconnu. Bonne maîtrise du SYSCOHADA révisé ; Connaissance des environnements GAAP / SOX ; Excellente maîtrise d’Excel et des outils de modélisation financière ; Expérience pratique des ERP ; Bon niveau d’anglais professionnel ; Rigueur, capacité d’analyse et de synthèse, autonomie, sens du résultat, aisance relationnelle et leadership fonctionnel.
