1. A minimum Grade 12.

2. A minimum N5/6 Mechanical Engineering-related qualification is required.

3. Should be no older than 30 years.

4. A genuine interest in the gas/manufacturing industry.

5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

6. Be a team player who values collaboration.

7. Not currently enrolled in any other learnership or apprentice programme, allowing full dedication to this opportunity.

8. Must reside in Kempton Park Plant surrounding areas – 40km radius (Tembisa / Kempton Park / Germiston etc.).
