Electromechanical Engineer – Project Manager - Ouagadougou

We are seeking a highly experienced Electromechanical Engineer to join our team as a Project Manager, responsible for overseeing the development, execution, and operation of power station projects in Burkina Faso. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and in-depth knowledge of the local market and regulatory environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage power plant projects from planning through execution and commissioning phases.
• Oversee all electromechanical activities related to power generation systems, including installation, testing, and maintenance.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and government authorities.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular technical and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards in Burkina Faso.
• Manage project risks, challenges, and mitigation strategies effectively.
• Support operational readiness and transition from construction to operation phase.
• Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
