We are looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities :

  • Resolve customer complaints and questions via phone, email or social media.

  • Use telephone to reach out to customers to verify account information.

  • Courteously answer calls and respond to emails.

  • Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.

  • Walk customers through basic troubleshooting and setup processes.

  • Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation (if need be).

  • Inform customer of running deals and promotions.

  • Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.

  • Work with branch supervisor to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.

  • Close out or open call records.

  • Keep a call log and report in writing to branch supervisor on daily basis.

  • Assist customers who walk in for enquiries or any other service.

Required profile

  • Must be willing to work on holidays and weekends

  • Must live within Dansoman or it's environs

  • Must have customer service experience
