Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales & Onboarding Executive to manage

end-to-end client engagement—from introducing prospective customers to the platform to

ensuring smooth onboarding and adoption.

The ideal candidate will conduct product demonstrations, build strong client relationships,

troubleshoot onboarding challenges, and collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer

journey.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage prospective customers and introduce them to the SpaOS platform.

Conduct product demonstrations to showcase platform features and benefits.

Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients.

Provide training and technical support to ensure clients successfully adopt the system.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and

retention.

Troubleshoot onboarding issues and resolve client challenges promptly.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and onboarding

workflows.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, onboarding progress, and sales activities.

Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve service delivery and product

usability.

Meet and exceed assigned sales and onboarding performance targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Sales or Customer Relationship Management.

Proven experience in client onboarding, training, or customer success roles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with clients.

Excellent presentation and pitching skills.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Proficiency in digital tools and platforms; SaaS experience is an advantage.

Experience in the spa, beauty, or wellness industry is an added advantage.

Valid driver’s license required.

Must be authorized to work in Ghana.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
