A young, Swiss-owned company based in Cape Town who is seeking a proactive "Hunter" to drive net-new sales. You will be responsible for engaging potential customers, identifying high-value opportunities, and converting leads into successful transactions.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through proactive outreach and email marketing.

  • Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales lifecycle—from initial qualification to closing—using Salesforce.

  • Value Proposition: Effectively present Capefoxx’s offerings to prospective clients.

  • Conversion: Negotiate and close deals to drive revenue growth.

  • Growth: Commit to ongoing personal development and technical skill mastery.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Sales Background: 1–3 years of outbound sales or call centre experience (preferred).

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to generate, qualify, and close deals.

  • CRM Proficiency: Experience managing a sales pipeline, ideally within Salesforce.

  • Language Skills: Fluency in English; proficiency in a European language (German, French, etc.) is highly advantageous.

  • Industry Knowledge: Background in sales or enterprise software is a plus.
