Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service contracts to prospective clients.
  • Conduct site inspections and assessments for potential cleaning and facility management projects.
  • Develop strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to encourage contract renewals and upselling.

Operations Supervision

  • Oversee day-to-day cleaning and facility management operations across assigned sites.
  • Coordinate staff scheduling, deployment, and task allocation to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Monitor service performance to ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.

Staff Management

  • Supervise cleaning teams, site supervisors, and support staff.
  • Assist in recruitment, training, and performance management of operational staff.
  • Ensure staff adhere to safety procedures, operational guidelines, and company policies.
  • Address staff performance issues and provide coaching where necessary.

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding operational and service-related issues.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Resolve complaints or service issues promptly and professionally.

Operational Planning & Reporting

  • Prepare weekly and monthly operational and sales reports.
  • Monitor operational costs, materials usage, and equipment management.
  • Ensure proper inventory control for cleaning supplies and equipment.

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure adherence to workplace safety regulations and environmental standards.
  • Promote safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Ensure staff follow health and safety policies at all sites.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Facility Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, operations, or facility management, preferably within cleaning services.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple service locations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
