We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our HR practices and processes. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping the company culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee recruitment efforts, develop job descriptions, screen candidates, and conduct interviews. Manage onboarding processes to ensure new hires are set up for success.

Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace environment, mediate employee disputes, and address grievances promptly and effectively.

Policy Development: Design, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with legal and organizational standards.

Performance Management: Implement performance review processes and guide managers on best practices for employee evaluations.

Training & Development: Identify skill gaps, coordinate training programs, and support employee career development initiatives.

Compliance: Ensure the organization complies with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date records and documentation.

Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll, oversee benefits programs, and recommend strategies to attract and retain talent.

HR Analytics: Use approaches to analyze HR metrics, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
