We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Senior Business Development Partner to lead strategic growth initiatives, expand market presence, and build high-value partnerships. This role is designed for a commercially astute professional with a strong entrepreneurial mindset who can operate as a true business partner rather than a traditional employee.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping business strategy, driving revenue, and mentoring business development teams while directly contributing to long-term organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute high-level business development strategies aligned with company goals

  • Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic partnerships, alliances, and new market opportunities

  • Own end-to-end deal lifecycle including prospecting, negotiation, contracting, and onboarding

  • Drive revenue growth through strategic accounts, partnerships, and expansion initiatives

  • Develop market entry and growth plans for new regions or product lines

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners

  • Collaborate with leadership, marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure execution excellence

  • Track performance metrics, prepare forecasts, and report on growth initiatives

  • Mentor and guide junior business development professionals where applicable

  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and high-level meetings
