We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Senior Business Development Partner to lead strategic growth initiatives, expand market presence, and build high-value partnerships. This role is designed for a commercially astute professional with a strong entrepreneurial mindset who can operate as a true business partner rather than a traditional employee.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping business strategy, driving revenue, and mentoring business development teams while directly contributing to long-term organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute high-level business development strategies aligned with company goals

Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic partnerships, alliances, and new market opportunities

Own end-to-end deal lifecycle including prospecting, negotiation, contracting, and onboarding

Drive revenue growth through strategic accounts, partnerships, and expansion initiatives

Develop market entry and growth plans for new regions or product lines

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners

Collaborate with leadership, marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure execution excellence

Track performance metrics, prepare forecasts, and report on growth initiatives

Mentor and guide junior business development professionals where applicable
