Supply Chain Manager - Port Louis

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations . This role is responsible for ensuring efficient procurement , production planning, inventory management, logistics , and supplier relationships to support business objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support organizational goals.

• Manage procurement processes, including sourcing, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.

• Lead demand forecasting and production planning to ensure optimal inventory levels and timely product availability.

• Optimize logistics and distribution, including transportation, warehousing, and delivery operations.

• Monitor supply chain performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans, ensuring supply continuity and resilience.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as operations, finance, sales, and product development.

• Implement and maintain ERP and supply chain systems, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, quality standards, and sustainability goals.

• Lead and mentor a supply chain team, promoting professional growth and high performance.
