We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Experience Supervisor to join our team at LADURÉE ITC. As an iconic French luxury bakery and sweets maker house established in 1862, Ladurée is renowned for its macarons and delightful pastries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery in line with Ladurée standards.
- Deliver extraordinary customer service experience by anticipating and responding to guest needs.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service for guests.
- Train and mentor staff to enhance guest interactions and satisfaction.
- Address guest complaints and resolve issues diplomatically and efficiently.
- Ensure the venue maintains a pristine and welcoming environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within hospitality or luxury retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve excellence.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Knowledge of French language or culture is an advantage but not essential.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
