    Our client, market leader in the South African Roadside Assistance Services, is currently recruiting a permanent position for a Business Central & Dynamics 365 CRM Specialist based in Gauteng.

    Job Purpose

    The Business Central & Dynamics 365 CRM Specialist will be responsible for the administration, support, and continuous improvement of AA South Africa's core business systems. The role will ensure optimal performance, data integrity, and alignment of these platforms to business processes, enabling efficient operations and enhanced customer experience.

    Key Responsibilities


    • Administer and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Business Central environments
    • Configure and maintain system settings, workflows, and business rules
    • Manage user access, roles, and security across both platforms
    • Analyse and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
    • Work closely with the Business Analyst to translate business requirements into system enhancements
    • Support data management, integrity, and reporting across CRM and ERP systems
    • Coordinate with external service providers for advanced support, enhancements, and releases
    • Participate in testing, deployment, and change management processes
    • Drive continuous improvement of system usage and business processes
    • Document configurations, processes, and support procedures

    Qualifications


    • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related fields

    Experience


    • 4-6 years' experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and/or Business Central
    • Strong hands-on experience in system administration and support
    • Experience with system integrations (APIs, middleware)
    • Good understanding of business processes (finance, operations, case management)
    • Experience with user access control and system security
    • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve functional system issues

    Job-Related Knowledge


    • Exposure to Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps)
    • Understanding of data reporting and analytics
    • Experience working with external vendors or MSPs
    • Knowledge of low-code platforms (e.g., Mendix, OutSystems)
