Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Human Resource Manager with over 10 years of experience to lead our human resources operations. Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including interviews, selection, and onboarding.

Build talent pipelines and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and educational institutions.
Employee Relations & Engagement

Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution.

Design and implement programs that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and develop action plans.
Performance & Learning Management

Develop performance management frameworks, KPIs, and appraisal systems.

HR Policy & Compliance

Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
