Position : Relationship Manager - Accra
We are looking for a Relationship Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Banking Operations

Manage daily banking operations to ensure efficient service delivery and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Monitor and process financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and security.

Oversee operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce risks.
Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.

Provide financial advisory services including loans, investments, and account management.

Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services.
Financial Analysis & Risk Management

Analyze financial data and customer profiles to assess creditworthiness.

Sales & Business Development

Promote banking products such as loans, savings accounts, credit facilities, and investment products.

Support the bank’s growth objectives by identifying new business opportunities.
Compliance & Reporting

Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures.

Prepare financial reports and operational performance reports for management.
