Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in and online customers politely and professionally.
- Respond to emails, messages, and client inquiries promptly.
- Assist with daily shop operations, sales, and record-keeping.
- Support basic administrative tasks and documentation.
- Create simple and engaging content for the company’s social media platforms.
- Maintain a neat, organized, and welcoming shop environment.
- Support management in achieving the organization’s goals.
- Handle client interactions with discretion, grace, and professionalism.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to read and write effectively.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to respond to emails.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Creative mindset with interest or experience in content creation.
- Proactive, trustworthy, and able to take initiative.
- Well-groomed, respectful, and professional in conduct.
- Must be resident within or close to Ashongman Estate.
