🧭 Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Inclusive Insurance Sales Executives to drive the growth of our life insurance products across Ghana. The successful candidate will be responsible for educating clients, building long-term relationships, and providing tailored insurance solutions that support financial security and inclusion.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, personal development, and making a positive impact in their communities.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients through field sales, referrals, and community engagement
  • Educate customers on life insurance products and financial planning solutions
  • Conduct needs assessments and recommend suitable policies
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Process applications accurately and follow up on policy issuance
  • Provide after-sales support, including policy reviews and renewals
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports
  • Participate in training, coaching, and company meetings
  • Represent Prudential professionally at all times

✅ Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of Senior High School (SHS) certificate (Diploma or Degree is an advantage)
  • Previous sales, marketing, customer service, or fieldwork experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Basic digital skills (smartphone, WhatsApp, email, simple apps)
  • Willingness to work in the field and meet clients regularly
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
