Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies to drive sales growth and will be instrumental in the success of our sales goals. This position requires strong leadership abilities and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in assigned areas.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
- Liaise with the Marketing and Product Development teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Good Level in English or Chinese Language.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Professional or similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to lead a full sales cycle.
