Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our growing team in China.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet organizational goals and revenue targets.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to maximize their potential.
- Identify new market opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights to senior management.
- Prepare sales forecasts and provide updates to management on a regular basis.
- Ensure compliance with sales regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree.
· Intermediate Level in Chinese Language and Fluent in English
· Proven work experience as a Sales Professional or similar role.
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
· Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
· Ability to lead a full sales cycle.
