Role Purpose

The Recoveries Delivery Agent is responsible for effectively delivering demand letters, other relevant documents /materials, and supporting the Recoveries team in achieving collection targets while maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

1. Optimize the delivery of demand letters to designated clients with intent to recover outstanding payments.
2. Deliver other relevant documents /materials as per schedules.
3. Escalate cases that require further action to the Team Leader.
4. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, and client interactions in the system.
5. Provide daily updates on field activities to the Recoveries Team Leader.
6. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients during recovery visits.
7. Address client queries and concerns or redirect to appropriate channels.
8. Ensure personal safety and follow company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all recovery activities.
9. Follow up with assigned clients on overdue accounts.
10. Maintain the motorcycles in good mechanical condition.
11. Coordinate with Administration to procure stationery for printing letters and Envelopes.

1. Be a brand ambassador and ensure the right image is projected of the brand.

Requirements

• Diploma in any related field or equivalent Education..

• Experience in debt recovery. Must know how to ride a motorcycle and having a valid licence is an added advantage.
