EdoMatch was born from a shared frustration and an ambitious idea. Founders Chris, Jelle and Tim came together in Africa and witnessed firsthand how broken the recruitment process was—long hiring times, lack of visibility, and widespread mismatch between talent and company needs.
They knew it could be done better. What started as a concept evolved into a platform combining advanced AI and human understanding to build real, impactful connections.
