- Assist in supervising and coordinating daily restaurant operations.
- Support the management of front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction at all times.
- Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and operational standards.
- Assist with coaching, training, and developing team members.
- Support staff scheduling and shift coordination.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Support sales performance tracking and operational reporting.
- Maintain strong communication between kitchen and service teams.
- Promote accountability, teamwork, and professionalism among staff.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff performance monitoring.
- Ensure smooth opening and closing operations daily.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND qualification.
- 2–4 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Good understanding of restaurant operations and inventory management.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems is an advantage.
