Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests warmly and provide excellent customer service at all times.
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Process cash, POS, transfer, and card payments correctly.
  • Handle delivery app orders and ensure timely coordination with dispatch riders.
  • Communicate clearly with the kitchen team to ensure order accuracy.
  • Confirm all food and beverage orders before handoff to customers or riders.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier and dining areas.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Monitor stock levels of packaging materials and front-of-house supplies.
  • Follow company hospitality and service standards consistently.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures when required.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance during shifts.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of an OND qualification.
  • Previous cashier or customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and payment handling.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and customer-focused.
