Responsibilities:

Develop engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other digital platforms.
Create high-quality graphics, short-form videos, reels and promotional materials.
Capture and edit photos and videos during company activities, training sessions, events and customer success stories.
Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns.
Write compelling captions, blogs, email content and promotional copy.
Monitor social media trends and recommend creative ideas to grow online presence.
Collaborate with the marketing and management team to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.
Analyse content performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of proven experience in content creation, social media management or digital marketing.
Strong photography, videography and video editing skills.
Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar creative tools.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and think creatively.
Experience in the financial services or fintech industry is an added advantage.

Remuneration: NGN 100,000-150,000
