  • Relevant experience in a production or dairy processing environment
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Fluent in Business English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to operate and understand processing equipment
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Ability to work in physically demanding and high-temperature environments
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently
  • Basic understanding of health, safety, and hygiene practices in a plant environment
