Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales of aluminum alloy building materials, construction materials, hardware, or related products.
- Strong understanding of aluminum profiles, windows, doors, curtain walls, partitions, and other building solutions.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and grow existing client accounts.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience handling corporate clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and real estate developers.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
