Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate company vehicles to transport staff, clients, goods, or materials to designated locations.
Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely arrivals and deliveries.
Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure roadworthiness.
Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of assigned vehicles at all times.
Monitor fuel levels and arrange refueling when necessary.
Report accidents, damages, breakdowns, or mechanical issues promptly.
Ensure all vehicle documents, licenses, insurance, and inspection records are up to date.
Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
Load and unload goods or assist passengers when required.
Observe all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
Plan routes effectively to avoid delays and minimize travel time.
Ensure the security and safety of passengers, cargo, and company property during transportation.
Respond professionally and courteously when interacting with clients, staff, and the public.
Support other operational duties as assigned by management.
