Key Role Focus
Provide strong instructional and academic leadership.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Education (Master's Degree is an added advantage).
Valid TSC Registration.
Minimum 15 years teaching experience.
At least 6 years' experience as Deputy Head Teacher in a well-performing Nairobi school.
Demonstrable track record of improved academic results and effective staff leadership.
Strong understanding of the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC/CBE).
High integrity and strong Christian values.

Strong disciplinarian with mentorship capability.
Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
Proven ability to implement structured academic monitoring systems.
