Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for warehouse staff, logistics coordinators, and drivers to meet shifting seasonal demands.
  • Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee issues, conducting investigations and mediating conflicts efficiently.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to labor laws and OSHA regulations in conjunction with our safety department.
  • Performance Management: Implement and monitor performance review processes that directly impact operational efficiency.
  • On-boarding & Training: Develop on-boarding programs that rapidly integrate new hires into our safety culture and operational workflows.
What We Are Looking For
  • Experience: 5years of HR experience, preferably within logistics, manufacturing, or transportation.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of employment law, conflict resolution, and HRIS systems.
  • Mindset: Proactive, organized, and capable of operating under pressure in a 24/7 operational environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
