Job Overview The Personal Assistant / Administrator provides high-level administrative and organizational support to the Employer. The role requires professionalism, discretion, efficiency, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality.
Reporting Line Reports directly to the Employer or Managing Director and works closely with internal staff and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities • Provide administrative and secretarial support • Manage schedules and appointments • Handle correspondence and documentation • Maintain filing systems, including on all online platforms • Coordinate meetings and prepare minutes • Ensure efficient office operations • Maintain confidentiality • Perform additional duties as assigned
Employment Terms Full-time role with a 6-month probation period. Working hours as defined by the Employer.
Compensation • Probation: UGX 400,000 (net) • Post-probation: UGX 600,000 – 800,000 (net) • Subject to performance-based review
Qualifications A diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field. Experience in administrative roles is an advantage, and ICT skills are a must.
Skills Strong communication, organization, confidentiality, time management, and problem- solving skills.
Leave & Benefits In accordance with the Uganda Employment Act and company policy.
Termination One week's notice during probation, one month's notice after confirmation. Immediate termination for misconduct.
Confidentiality Strict confidentiality must be maintained during and after employment.
Legal Governed by the laws of Uganda.
