Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Handle calls, emails, and official communication
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics when required
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation systems
  • Support the MD with administrative and operational tasks

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a personal assistant, administrative officer/EA or similar role
  • A minimum of an HND in any relevant discipline
  • The candidates should be within 25 – 33 years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage schedules, meetings, and correspondence efficiently
  • Must be professional, discreet, and detail-oriented
  • Candidate must reside in Akure or be willing to relocate
  • Follow up on assigned tasks and deadlines

Location: Akure
Remuneration: NGN 120,000 – 200,000 monthly (based on experience and qualification)
