KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets
  • Generate and convert leads into paying clients
  • Conduct client visits, presentations, and product/service demonstrations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and residential clients
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and contracts
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain an active pipeline of prospects
  • Work closely with operations and recruitment teams to ensure service delivery matches client expectations
  • Participate in marketing campaigns and business growth initiatives
  • Report weekly sales performance and market feedback

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • 2years experience in sales or business development (FM, staffing, or service industry preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Good understanding of Nairobi market and surrounding areas
  • Experience in B2B sales is an added advantage
