Marketing and Field Officer

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and manage lottery agents within assigned territories.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the agent network.
• Conduct field marketing campaigns, roadshows, market activations, and community engagement activities to promote the company's products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lottery agents, community stakeholders, and prospective customers.
• Monitor agent performance, provide ongoing support, and ensure agents comply with company policies and operational standards.
• Educate agents on products, promotions, sales techniques, and operational procedures.
• Visit assigned territories regularly to assess market opportunities, resolve agent concerns, and strengthen market presence.
• Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence and customer feedback to management.
• Achieve assigned recruitment, activation, and sales targets.
• Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly field activity and performance reports.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in assigned territories
• Previous field marketing or sales experience is an advantage
• Must reside in Lagos State

Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 250,000 Monthly
