- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor employees to achieve performance goals and reach their full potential.

- Performance Monitoring: Evaluate team output, conduct performance reviews, and provide constructive, ongoing feedback.
- Training & Onboarding: Help train new hires and identify professional development needs for current staff.
- Conflict Resolution: Address operational challenges, resolve client or team-related complaints, and mediate workplace issues.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure the team adheres to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Reporting: Document workflows, track timekeeping, and report team progress or incidents to senior managers
- Communication: Clear, effective verbal and written communication to translate management goals into daily action.
- Problem-Solving: The ability to make quick, rational decisions when bottlenecks or emergencies arise.
- Organization: Strong time-management skills to balance multiple tasks and deadlines.
