Company Description
BLC Promotions is a marketing agency that works across the renewable energy and energy grant industries, most notably ECO4, Heat Pump and Solar. It currently serves 60clients across the UK managing their online advertising to generate leads and sales
We are looking for a dial-confident telesales representative who enjoys being on the phone, follows process, and consistently books appointments.
Role Description
This is a remote, dial-heavy role.
- 200outbound calls per day
- 25–40 hours per week
- Shifts between 8am–7pm UK time, Monday–Friday
(occasional Saturday availability preferred)
- 5hours per day actively on the phone
You will be calling warm inbound leads only (homeowners who have requested information via online ads).
There is no cold calling involved.
Your responsibility is to:
- Contact leads quickly
- Qualify them using a clear script and criteria
- Book them in for a home survey or quote on behalf of our clients
KPIs such as number of dials and bookings will be tracked daily
The role will involve being on the phone 5hours per day, full training will be provided although any experience in ECO4, Heat Pump or Solar industries is advantageous
Main Responsibilities
- Calling and qualifying leads on the phone from our online software
- Updating and managing leads on our online software
- Booking appointments on behalf of our clients
- Communication with clients
- Attending training sessions and team meetings as required
