Manage a team of Call Centre Agents, driving achievemant of individual and team sales targets through real-time performance monitoring, regular huddles, 1-on-1's and structured improvement plans.
Conduct regular coaching sessions and QA assessment across all active campaigns
Manage and optimise dialer configuration and campaign setup, including list management, call pacing, script alignment, template updates and real-time tactical adjustments to maximize productivity and contract rates
Trak and report on team KPI's
Collaborate with lead generation teams and digital, to ensure smooth lead handover, provide feedback and lead quality and conversion, and continously refine lead criteria to improve pipeline quality.
Manage customer escalations professionally and empathetically.
Foster high-performance culture, indentifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
