Temp Finance Manager

- Serve as the primary partner to excecutive leadership, provinding accurate, timely and insightful reporting to the Board, Executive Committee (EXCO) and Management Committee (MANCO)

- Act as second in command to the CFO, with a dotted-line reporting relationship with the Group CFO

-Own the preparation and delivery of monthly managment accounts, budgets, forecasts and cash flow reporting

- Oversee the preparation and delivery of monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts and cash flow reporting.

- Oversee balance sheet integrity, year-end audit processes and technical accounting matters, including IFRS9 Expected Credit Loss (ECL) calculations

- Provide IFRS and tax opinions to inform strategic, pricing and operational decisions

- Lead all VAT, EMP Corporate Income Tax (CIT) and provisional tax process including SARS audits and regulatory angagements.

- Partner with commercial teams to evaluate pricing structures, margin performance and product profitability

- Drive finance automation initiatives and real-time reporting to improve finance visibility and decision-making speed

- manage finance reporting teqams within a high-volume transactional environment
