We are looking for a Regional Service Manager.

The Regional Service Manager is responsible for overseeing service operations across a designated region, ensuring high-quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. This role involves managing multiple service teams, optimizing performance, and aligning regional operations with the organization’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage service operations across multiple locations within the assigned region
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services in line with company standards
  • Develop and implement regional service strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze service performance metrics and implement improvement plans
  • Manage and support regional service teams, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Oversee regional budgets, cost control, and resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across service operations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
